Texas – The Texas Department of Public Safety has placed 18-year-old Joseph Joshua Harris on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List and is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to his arrest. Authorities assure that all tips will remain anonymous.
Harris, a resident of Converse, Texas, has been wanted in Bexar County since February 24, 2025, on charges of capital murder by terror threat and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
His criminal history includes previous arrests and charges as an adult for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft of a firearm, evading arrest or detention, unlawful carrying of a weapon, burglary of vehicles, and engaging in organized criminal activity.
DPS describes Harris as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds.
