Prosecutors said the defendant and his sister, Heather, were reportedly in a inc3stuous relationship. During an interview with investigators, the defendant allegedly admitted to in-est and murder.
According to the court documents, family members were reportedly aware that the relationship had carried on for years. The defendant also said that he and his sister were on drugs and engaging in se-ual activity in a park when the victim allegedly told him to hit her, but he did not want to. When Cody woke up later on Sunday, he noticed that Heather was not breathing and that she appeared to be dead, according to the report.
