Little boy, who was hit in the back of his head and his skuII was shattered into pieces after his older neighbor broke into his home and attacked him, has died after spending more than 60 days in coma fighting for his life!

Per reports, the little boy, later identified as Jeremy, spent more than 60 days in coma fighting for his life after his nehgbor broke into his home and attacked him with a bat. According to Jeremy’s father, Arturo, his son was hit in the back of his head and his 39-year-old neighbor shattered the back of his skuII into pieces.

The 39-year-old neighbor, later identified as Daniel, was taken into custody and later charged with multiple charges, including: aggravated assault with a weapon causing serious bodily injury and intentional injury to a child resulting in serious bodily injury. Daniel reportedly assaulted the 6-year-old boy and another family member. Last months, the 39-year-old neighbor was found incompetent to stand trial on the aforementioned charges and is scheduled to appear in court again in 10 days for a mental health status hearing.

In September 2023, the 39-year-old neighbor reportedly broke into the victim’s home, armed with a bat, and assaulted Jeremy and another family member. The boy’s dad told investigators that he found his son in a pool of bl00d. According to the father, his son was hit in the back of his head and his skuII was shattered into pieces. This week, the father posted on the fundraiser page, launched to raise money for medical expenses, that he went to check on Jeremy before the child’s heart stopped.

Attempts to resuscitate his son were not successful, the father reportedly said. “Early this morning I was checking him and noticed a pale face and eyes with no motion. Then his heart stopped. They tried to resuscitate him, but it was not successful. He fought for over 60 days and was improving, but at the end, the odds seemed against him and he gave up the ghost.” the unfortunate dad reportedly wrote.
