Waco, TX – According to the city officials, all items must be at the curb by 7 a.m. the day of the pick–up.
Find your council district and complete the online registration form to be placed on the official pick–up list.
District 3 — Saturday, 11/4/23
District 4 — Saturday, 12/9/23
District 5 — Saturday, 01/20/24
District 2 — Saturday, 02/10/24
District 1 — Saturday, 03/9/24
Items that will be picked up:
- Bagged or boxed trash
- Unusable furniture
- Mattresses / box springs
- Toys / swing sets / misc. junk
- Un-repairable items (i.e. bicycles, BBQ grills)
- Bagged grass, leaves, plant trimmings
- Brush piles (8′ x 8′ x 8′)
Items that will not be picked up:
- Aerosol cans
- Antifreeze
- Basketball goals
- Construction project debris (i.e. fencing, bricks, tiles, roofing materials such as shingles, rocks, sand, dirt)
- Food waste
- Gasoline
- Hazardous / medical waste
- Items that contained Freon (i.e. freezers, refrigerators, air conditioners)
- Liquids
- Oil paint / paint-related materials
- Pesticides
- Pool chemicals
- Dirt, rock, concrete
- Pressurized tanks (i.e. propane/oxygen/helium)
- Tires
- Transmission fluid
- Tree stumps
