Daughter, who helped her mother strangle a pregnant woman to death by pulling out her fingers one by one before grabbing a kitchen knife and using it to remove the baby from the victim’s beIIy, took a plea deal

According to the court documents, the 29-year-old daughter, later identified as Desiree, will reportedly testify against her mother, Clarisa, who prosecutors claim lured 19-year-old Marlan into her home only to strangle the woman to death before grabbing a kitchen knife and using it to ‘remove’ the baby out of the victim’s beIIy. Prosecutors say that the 29-year-old daughter would receive only 30 years in prison for murder after she helped her mom kill a pregnant woman.

The 29-year-old defendant (SEE PHOTO) took the plea deal on Monday, court records say. She will reportedly testify on how she helped her mom lure the 19-year-old pregnant woman into her home before grabbing a cable and using it to strangle the young victim. The mother then grabbed a kitchen knife and used it to ‘remove’ the baby out of the woman’s beIIy.

According to the court documents, the woman reportedly lured the victim by offering free baby clothes online, L&C reported. While the victim was looking at a family photo, Clarisa reportedly grabbed a cable and started strangling the woman. Luckily, the 19-year-old victim was able to get a hand under the cable.

But, Clarisa’s daughter managed to pull out her fingers one by one. When the victim stopped moving, Clarisa grabbed a knife from the kitchen and used it to remove the baby. Shortly after, Clarisa called 911 and told the dispatcher that she gave birth to a baby and the child was not breathing. The baby was placed on life support at a hospital, but died 2 months later. Clarisa’s trial is set to begin at the end of January.
