Teenager Shot and Killed in West Houston; Police Search for Three Suspects

Houston, TX – A teenager was fatally shot Saturday evening in west Houston, and authorities are now searching for three possible suspects involved in the shooting.

Houston Police responded to a call around 7:30 p.m. in the 6900 block of Caddo Lake Lane. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male in his late teens who had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators believe the incident unfolded when a vehicle pulled up, and the victim approached it. Shortly after, gunfire erupted, with the teen being struck multiple times. Authorities noted the presence of three different shell casings at the scene, suggesting the involvement of three separate shooters.

Surveillance footage from nearby cameras is aiding the investigation, providing potential clues into the identity of the suspects.

The Houston Police Department is urging anyone with information about the shooting to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers or the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600.
