Texas – The Texas Department of Public Safety has announced the capture of Clarence Enyi Mfor, a criminal illegal immigrant from Cameroon, who was added to Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List.
Mfor was arrested in San Antonio on Sunday, March 2, 2025, by DPS Special Agents assigned to the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) Center. A Crime Stoppers reward will not be paid for his arrest.
Mfor, 37, had been wanted out of Bexar County since January 2025 for sexual assault. His criminal history includes two previous arrests by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in California and San Antonio for alien inadmissibility and immigration violations.
In May 2023, Mfor was arrested in San Antonio for failure to have an immigration visa and was later released from a detention facility.
This arrest marks another success in the ongoing efforts of Texas Crime Stoppers, which has provided cash rewards for information leading to the capture of those on the 10 Most Wanted lists.
As of 2025, DPS and other law enforcement agencies have arrested 13 individuals from the 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, Se* Offenders, and Criminal Illegal Immigrants lists, including 3 se* offenders and 4 criminal illegal immigrants. Tips that led to these arrests have earned rewards totaling $20,000.
