Florida – Florida authorities took 42-year-old Z. Peres into custody and later charged him with aggravated chiId abuse resuIting in great bodiIy harm. The charges stem from allegations that he repeatedly abused his spouse’s child, 6, over a two-day period, including placing an animaI coIIar around the chiId’s neck and forcibIy puIIing it, causing the victim to faII to the ground.
