Waco, TX – The City of Waco Utilities announced the launch of an updated utility bill portal on Monday, October 27, designed to make managing accounts easier for customers.
The new system offers more self-service options, personalized usage reports, a simplified bill design, and additional features to improve the user experience.
Online customers should check their email for an invitation from [email protected] to set up their new accounts. Customers without an email on file can call (254) 299-2489 to receive a setup link.
Those using auto web-pay through credit card or bank draft will need to re-enroll in the new portal.
City staff from the Customer Engagement team will reach out individually by email or phone to assist customers with the transition.
