The City of Waco receives funding from two federal grant programs—CDBG and HOME. Both support several programs and activities that benefit our residents.
CDBG funded activities must benefit low- and moderate-income residents, eliminate slum or blight, and/or meet an urgent community need.
HOME funded activities must provide affordable housing to low- and moderate-income households.
