City officials announced MyWaco, app that you can use to connect to City of Waco services

Waco, TX – According to the city officials, since it was launched, they have received over five thousand requests, and over 60% were closed within 7 days.

Whether you live here, work here, or play here, this free, easy-to-use tool allows you to submit service requests for code violations, potholes, streetlight outages, unsafe conditions and more.

Service requests are routed to the appropriate department for attention and will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you’ll be notified when they are resolved.

Mobile devices can download the app from the App Store or Google Play, or access all the features from your browser with the button below.
