Austin, TX – According to the city officials, this ceremony will start at 9 a.m. at 1201 E. Rundberg Ln.
City officials also said that this is an outdoor park event.
The large-scale mural prominently, which was created created by artist Lindsey Millikan through Art in Public Places, reportedly features a portrait of former Austin Mayor Gus Garcia as well as members of the community at play.
