Mom’s boyfriend, who was looking after her 1-year-old child while she was at work, threw the boy several feet off the ground because he ripped off his diaper and made a mess; shortly after the throwing the child began vomitng, struggled to breathe and later died!

According to the police officials, the mom’s boyfriend, later identified as Javier, and the boy’s mother, later identified as Maria, were arrested and later charged in connection with the 1-year-old boy’s death. The mother’s boyfriend was charged first-degree murder and chiId abuse, while the mother was charged with chiId abuse because she reportedly about the long-term abuse at the hands of her boyfriend and did nothing to help her 1-year-old son.

During an interview with investigators, the mother reportedly said that her boyfriend was looking after her 1-year-old son while she was at work. When the mother returned home, she realized that her little son suffered severe injuries and was not responsive. When the mother arrived home, she immediately called 911 and took the child to a local pharmacy. First responders rushed the child to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The medical examiner told investigators that the little boy suffered severe injuries all over his body.

An autopsy later revealed that the little boy had multiple broken bones and suffered severe injuries in the hours before he died. The cause of death was internal bIeeding. The medical examiner told investigators that the child’s Iiver was Iacerated and his boweI’s were detached. During an initial interview with authorities, the mother’s boyfriend reportedly said that they were in a car accident about 10 to 15 days ago where they were rear-ended on the freeway, but later admitted that was a lie.

In a follow-up interview, he reportedly said that the child fell in the shower and had trouble standing at a park. He also admitted to force-feeding the 1-year-old boy. The mom’s boyfriend also told investigators that just hours before the boy died, he threw the 1-year-old child because the boy ripped off his diaper and made a mess. The child was nearly 5 feet off the ground before landing, he told authorities. Shortly after the throwing, the little boy started throwing up and stopped breathing. The mother’s boyfriend also confessed to beating the 1-year-old boy with a belt.
