TEMPLE, Texas – The Temple Police Department is investigating a tragic murder-suicide that occurred Friday night in the 9000 block of Cantera Ridge Road.
Around 8 p.m. on January 24, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the residential area. Upon arrival, authorities discovered one person who had been shot. Police later confirmed that the suspect was found deceased inside the home.
In a statement released Saturday morning, police said initial findings suggest the incident was related to domestic violence, but they have not yet provided further details on the individuals involved.
