Texas – The Texas Department of Public Safety has added Rondarrius Evans, a 21-year-old man to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List.
A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by Texas Crime Stoppers for information leading to his arrest. Authorities stress that all tips will remain anonymous.
Evans is wanted in connection to a double homicide that occurred on July 6, 2024, in New Boston. He has been the subject of a capital murder warrant out of Bowie County since August 2024. According to DPS, Evans faces two counts of capital murder for his alleged role in the killings.
In addition to the murder charges, a separate warrant was issued for Evans on March 14, 2025, in Titus County for failure to appear in court in relation to a previous drug-related offense. Law enforcement officials say Evans has evaded capture and may still be in the Northeast Texas region.
Evans is described as being six feet tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds. He is known to have connections in several counties, including Bowie, Camp, Titus, Franklin, and Morris.
DPS and Texas Crime Stoppers are encouraging anyone with information about Evans’ whereabouts to come forward. Tips can be submitted through the Crime Stoppers hotline, website, or the DPS mobile app. Officials are urging the public not to approach Evans, as he is considered armed and dangerous.
