Texas – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is asking for the public’s help to solve the 1990 murder of Jackie Foster. A $6,000 reward is being offered for any information that could lead to solving this cold case.
On Sept. 6, 1990, 29-year-old Jackie Foster was reported missing from the Abilene, Texas, area. She was last seen at a truck stop in Cisco, trying to get a ride to a family member’s home in Los Angeles, California. Two days later, her body was discovered by fishermen near a drainage canal on FM 365 in Port Arthur, Texas, wrapped in heavy canvas tarpaulin, dressed in a shirt, pink sweatpants, and no shoes.
