The City is offering residents a place to cool down from noon to 8 p.m. due to the impending high temperatures

City of Waco Housing and Community Development invites qualified organizations to submit applications to receive funding from the Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership Program

Waco, TX – According to the statement, local residents cal cool down at the Waco Multi-Purpose Center through Sunday, July 2nd. (Except for Thursday and Saturday).

Air conditioning, seating, and bottled water will be available on-site.

Crated pets are also welcome in the cooling center.
