According to the court documents, the trans woman, Maria, will not serve prison time after se-ually abusing baby girl while changing the baby’s diaper and bragging about it to a co-worker. The trans woman, who is born as biological male, was arrested last year for inappropriateIy touching an infant and making inappr0priate comments while changing the baby’s diaper. The trans woman avoids prison following a plea deal.
Last year, authorities began their investigation after receiving an anonymous tip that the trans woman had se-ually abused a baby while on the job as a daycare worker. According to the court documents, the trans woman reportedly assauIted the child while changing her diaper. The defendant then told a co-worker: “She likes it. It just made her day.” The trans woman also used additional expIicit language, which was excluded from the report.
Per reports, the daycare facilitator reportedly knew about Maria’s actions and only gave the trans woman a write-up. The trans woman initially denied ever changing the baby’s diaper. But, investigators found a text message Maria sent to the daycare director confirming she had changed the diaper. According to the court documents, the trans woman was initially charged with first-degree se-ual abuse of a victim under the age of 12.
But, her attorney, Madison, reached a deal with the prosecutors and in exchange for a guilty plea the charges were reduced. Court records show that just one month after being booked on the felony charges, Maria privately retained trans activist lawyer Madison to represent him. The trans woman was sentenced to 12-month penalty, but withheld jail time and given a conditional discharge for six months. The conditions also include Maria has no contact with children and remain away from the daycare facility.
