Waco, TX – The Waco City Council has appointed Kristen Hamilton-Karam as the new City Attorney.
With over 13 years of municipal legal experience, she brings extensive expertise in guiding the city’s legal efforts and advising city leadership.
The city also expressed gratitude to Interim City Attorney Kathleen Perdon for her leadership during the transition.
Hamilton-Karam most recently served as Deputy City Attorney for El Paso, where she provided critical legal counsel on various municipal issues and led legal teams through complex citywide initiatives and litigation.
