Waco, TX – The City of Waco Fire Department recently celebrated the grand opening of Fire Station #15 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, fire engine push-in event, and a special appearance by Sparky the Fire Dog.
The new station, located in West Waco, is a state-of-the-art 8,200-square-foot facility designed to serve the growing community.
Fire Station #15 features a three-bay setup, individual sleeping quarters for up to eight firefighters per shift, advanced decontamination areas, and gear-cleaning systems, ensuring the department is equipped to handle emergencies efficiently.
This new facility will significantly enhance emergency response times and support the Waco Fire Department in maintaining its high service standards for the community.
