Waco, TX – The Waco Fire Department celebrated the promotions of Max Breese and Philip Burnett to Deputy Fire Chief during a ceremony yesterday.
Both previously served as captains and bring decades of experience to their new leadership roles.
Deputy Chief Breese will lead the department’s Emergency Operations, while Deputy Chief Burnett will oversee Administration and Long-Term Planning.
City officials praised their dedication and service, noting the promotions reflect their ongoing commitment to the Waco community.
