Waco Fire Department swears in five new firefighters, expanding their emergency response team

Waco, TX – The Waco Fire Department proudly welcomed five new firefighters on April 3, 2025, as they were sworn in during a ceremony. These new recruits will soon be hitting the streets, ready to serve the community and respond to emergencies.

The Waco Fire Department shared their excitement on social media, congratulating the new members who will be joining the dedicated team of first responders.

“Congratulations to Waco Fire’s newest 5 Firefighters who were sworn in today. They’ll be hitting the streets soon.”

With these new additions, the Waco Fire Department continues to expand its efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.

The new recruits will undergo training before actively serving in various emergency response situations throughout the area.
