The Waco Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association would like to invite you to participate in the annual 5K & 10K Police Memorial Run on Saturday, May 20

Waco, TX – According to the police officials, this training is called the School of Police Supervision.

WPD officials reportedly send all newly promoted Sergeants to this training to equip them with the skills they need to lead, protect and serve as they begin their next chapter at Waco PD.

It is a state requirement that once promoted to Sergeant, they must complete 40 hours of training and these Sergeants completed well above that!

This independent four-week school for police supervisors and recognizes the importance of supervision as a major management function in law enforcement.

Congratulations goes to Sergeant Conner, Sergeant Basden and Sergeant McCuistion for their continued dedication and hard work within this department.
