Waco police chief delivers keynote at state police alumni conference

Waco, TX – Chief Sheryl Victorian served as the keynote speaker at the 33rd Texas Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association Conference, held over three days and designed to bring together police alumni groups from across the state.

The event provided an opportunity for members of the Waco Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association to connect with other associations and explore new ways to support the Waco Police Department while strengthening ties between law enforcement and the community.

WCPAAA members, all volunteers, continue to play a vital role in supporting the department. Chief Victorian praised their dedication, quoting Elizabeth Andrew: “Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.”
