Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department participated in the HEB Celebrity Cook-Off, where Assistant Chief Wallace and his daughter, Chef Kristen, prepared Hulu Huli Chicken with Broke Da Mouth Fried Rice and Honi Honi Ube Mochi Chocolate Cake.
After three years of competing, Chef Kristen earned the **Top Chef** title for Waco PD.
The department expressed pride in her achievement, celebrating the win at the event.
