Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred early on November 17, 2025, and is seeking information about both the suspect and the unidentified male victim.
Officers responded at approximately 1:20 a.m. to the 2100 block of Colcord Avenue after a caller reported an individual lying on the ground.
Waco Fire and Emergency Medical personnel arrived alongside police and found the man had sustained gunshot wounds. Life-saving efforts were attempted, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No identification was found on the victim at the time of the report.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Waco Crime Stoppers anonymously at 254-753-HELP (4357). Tips that lead to an arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
This marks the tenth homicide investigation in Waco for 2025, and the case remains under active investigation.
