Waco Police Department investigates missing person case following disappearance in the area of E. Waco Drive

Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 33-year-old James Monroe, who was last seen on February 3, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in the area of E. Waco Drive.

Monroe has not been heard from since his disappearance.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Waco Police Department at 254-750-7500 and reference case number 25-1571.
