Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department is recognizing one of its own after Detective Joshua Fischer received the 2025 President’s Award from the Texas Association of Law Enforcement Polygraph Investigators.
The award highlights Fischer’s outstanding work in the field of polygraph examinations and criminal investigations.
In addition to the award, he was also elected Vice President of the association.
The department expressed pride in his accomplishments, noting that his contributions reflect positively on the entire Waco PD team.
