Waco police investigate three-vehicle crash at Kendall Lane and Loop 340 which left woman dead

Waco, TX – Waco police detectives are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at the intersection of Kendall Lane and Loop 340.

Officers were dispatched to the scene at 12:19 p.m. following reports of a collision involving three vehicles.

According to investigators, a Chevy Equinox was stopped, waiting to turn onto Kendall Lane, when it was struck by a Kia Soul, causing it to collide with a third vehicle, a GMC Sierra.

All three drivers and one passenger were transported to the hospital.

The female passenger of the Chevy Equinox was pronounced deceased, while the driver remains hospitalized in stable condition.

The remaining individuals involved sustained minor injuries and are cooperating with the investigation.

Authorities have notified the victim’s next of kin but have not yet released her name.

The investigation remains ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.
