Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating 49-year-old Joe Eastland, who was reported missing earlier this week.
According to authorities, Eastland was last seen walking near 15th Street and Herring Avenue, heading in the direction of the Brazos River. He was wearing a black and white long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, a beanie, and white and black shoes at the time of his disappearance.
Eastland is described as a mental health consumer, and police stress the importance of finding him quickly to ensure his well-being.
Anyone who has seen Joe Eastland or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
PIO Cierra Shipley emphasized the need for the public to share the information widely to help locate Eastland as soon as possible.
