Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department visited Midway ISD schools on Monday to mark the beginning of Red Ribbon Week, a national campaign focused on drug prevention and making positive life choices.
Officers spent the day at Woodway Elementary and Spring Valley Elementary, speaking with students about the importance of staying drug-free and making responsible decisions.
The department said it was a great way to start the week’s events and continue building positive connections with local students and schools.
