Waco, TX – Residents in Waco should be aware of changes to city services due to the Memorial Day holiday.
The City of Waco announced that trash collection for those on a Monday route will be moved to Wednesday, May 28.
In addition to the adjusted pickup schedule, the Waco Solid Waste Office, Cobbs Recycling Center, and the city landfill will all be closed on Monday, May 26, in observance of the holiday.
City officials are encouraging residents to plan ahead and ensure their bins are placed curbside on the correct day for collection.
Normal service schedules are expected to resume after the holiday week.
