Police officials said the 37-year-old mother-of-two, later identified as Ashleigh, was arrested and later charged with indecency with a minor for allegedly have se-ual relations with 15-year-old twins. Investigators discovered about the crime after the woman’s husband reportedly caught his wife topIess on a couch with one of the teen victims. Investigators later revealed that the 37-year-old woman reportedly had indecent relationship with the boys, who lived across the street, for nearly eight months.
The mother-of-two shocked everyone after she said she plans to marry one of the brothers. She is being held without bond, 13NewsNow reported. Just days after the tip about the alleged crime came in, the suspect’s husband reportedly found his wife topIess on their couch with one of the boys, who was pretending to be asleep. The boy told his parents he went to his neighbor’s house to smoke mari-uana and then chilled until he fell asleep on the couch.
But, according to reports, the same boy reportedly told his neighbor that he’d been having se* with Ashleigh since June 2022 and that they were in love. The boy reportedly said that when he turned 17, Asheligh was going to leave her husband so they could get married. The same boy was later reported as a runaway. Police found him about three weeks later at Ashleigh’s home, hiding in small space behind a mattress in an upstairs bedroom.
The woman has since also professed her love for the teen boy and stated that she will marry the teen at the age of consent in the state. The court documents said the other twin told police that Ashleigh frequently invited him over when she had mari-uana, and they would smoke together. He said Ashleigh inappropriately touched him. The twins’ parents and Ashleigh’s husband filed for protective orders against her. She faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
