Washington – A Washington woman was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree assauIt after allegedly assaulting both her daughter and her parent during a vioIent domestic incident. The 43-year-old woman, later identified as T. Suter, is currently being held on a $500,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court again on May 6.
According to court documents, the incident occurred at a residence Washington. The defendant‘s daughter was in her bedroom with her own child when the woman entered and allegedly stabbed her daughter multiple times. The daughter sustained serious injuries to her back and chest while trying to protect her child.
After the initial attack, her daughter heard her grandparent screaming from another part of the house. When she went to assist, she found that the 43-year-old woman had allegedly pushed her parent down the stairs and stabbed her as well. Both victims were transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Upon arrival, deputies found the woman armed with a knife and threatening to harm herself. Deputies used a stun gun to subdue her and took her into custody.
During the investigation, the defendant’s mother reported that her daughter had expressed a desire to get even with her for ruining her life. The defendant’s daughter also indicated that the attack was unprovoked and that she had a history of vioIent behavior.
The defendant’s daughter told investigators that she was in her bedroom with her child when her mother entered and stabbed her. She said she was stabbed again while trying to shield her child and force Suiter out of the room.
The case remains under investigation, and Washington authorities are working to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
