Police officials said the 22-year-old woman, later identified as Alysa, was taken into custody and later charged with multiple charges, including: lascivious battery and lascivious moIestation (defendant over the age of 18 and victim between the ages of 12 and 15) after she posed as teen to have se* with a boy she met online. Prosecutors believe the woman and the victim were reportedly in a se-ual relationship for several months earlier this year.
According to the police officials, the 22-year-old suspect reportedly sent a video to other minor children which showed some form of se-ual intercourse involving the victim and another person. Several witnesses told police that they thought Alysa to be near their age and home-schooled, NYP reported.
Girl, who was not identified due to her age, reportedly told investigators that she engaged in a willful se-ual act with the victim and that video of this incident was later sent to several of their classmates. The girl also told authorities that Alysa reportedly recorded the video off her cellphone. The girl then got physical with Alysa to give back her cellphone and also told her parents about the incident.
During an interview with investigators, the victim reportedly said that he and Alysa engaged in sexual intercourse on many different occasions. The 22-year-old woman also sent him se-ually expIicit images and videos. The woman also told the victim that she previously engaged in sex-ual activity with other minors as well.
