WPD searching for suspect in a shooting that occurred in the 600 Block of Ruby Avenue

WPD: Applications are now open for the next Victim Services Volunteer Academy

Waco, TX – According to the police officials, the shooting occurred around 2:07 a.m. early Saturday morning.

The responding officers discovered two 19-year-old male victims.

Police officials also said that both victims were shot and transported to the hospital via a personal vehicle.

One of the victims is currently in critical condition, and the other is stable.

The suspect has not been located at this time.

Officers believe there is no danger to the public and this is an isolated incident.
