Texas – State Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller commended Governor Greg Abbott for issuing an executive order aimed at protecting minors from THC products while respecting the rights of responsible, law-abiding adults.
Miller said the measure strikes a balance between safeguarding children and defending individual freedoms.
He noted his longstanding support for cracking down on intoxicating THC products sold over the counter without age limits and praised the Governor’s order as offering common-sense solutions.
