Groundbreaking celebrated for new Alice Martinez Rodriguez Park in Waco

Waco, TX – Waco Parks and Recreation hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Alice Martinez Rodriguez Park, bringing together community members, city leaders, and project partners.
