Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department confirmed that 59-year-old Rodney Brown was the victim of a single-vehicle fatal crash on October 10, 2025.
Officers responded to the crash at 17th Street and Waco Drive at 7:55 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found Brown, the sole occupant and driver, who was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Authorities had initially reported the victim’s age as 41, which has since been corrected.
Next of kin have been notified, and additional details about the victim’s identity will be released at a later date.
