Waco, TX – The Waco Police Department announced that Emergency Communications Manager Susie Murray was named one of 14 honorees for the Waco Under 40 awards. The ceremony took place this week at the Waco Chamber of Commerce.
The recognition highlights individuals making a significant impact in the Waco community. As manager of the department’s 911 operations, Murray oversees emergency calls for Waco PD, as well as McLennan County Sheriff’s Office, Bruceville Eddy PD, Crawford PD, Mart PD, Moody PD, Reisel PD, West PD, and thirteen volunteer fire departments throughout the county.
The Waco Police Department praised Murray for her dedication and the positive impact she has on the department, the city, and McLennan County.
