Houston, TEXAS – The Houston Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with a stabbing and robbery that occurred earlier this month in Houston.
According to HPD, Perry Green, 46, has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in connection with an incident involving a woman on May 11 at 6519 Fannin Street.
Police said officers with the HPD Major Assaults Division, the South Central Crime Suppression Team, and the Houston METRO Police Department took Green into custody on May 13.
Authorities said the arrest follows an investigation into the violent attack, which remains an active case. No additional details about the victim’s condition were immediately released.
Officials added that the investigation is ongoing and further information may be released as it becomes available.
