Houston, Texas – The Houston Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect wanted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver following a coordinated operation involving multiple law enforcement agencies.
On May 14, investigators with HPD Narcotics Division’s Squad 21 worked alongside the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to locate and arrest the suspect on an outstanding warrant.
Following the arrest, authorities reported the recovery of approximately 38 kilograms of methamphetamine, seven handguns, and one rifle. Officials described the seizure as part of ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and related criminal activity in the region.
Law enforcement agencies emphasized continued cooperation between local, state, and federal partners in targeting illegal narcotics distribution networks.
