Waco, TX – According to the police report, the attorneys charged in the contract killing attempt are Chelsea T., 33, and Seth S., 46.

According to the police officials, the pair plotted to hire a hit out on Tijerina’s ex-husband, another Waco-area attorney. Both suspects are currently free on bond.

Chelsea requested to have a GPS ankle monitor removed while she awaits trial, but the request was denied.

The judge extended curfew for the Waco attorney charged in the contract killing attempt.

The judge also lifted travel restrictions, allowing her to travel more freely in Texas.

Sutton had his travel restrictions lifted by a judge in an earlier hearing.
