Boyfriend, who became upset that his girIfriend had recentIy asked him to move out before ravishing her 12-year-old daughter, then strangIing the child and teIIing her mom that her daughter is safe, was sentenced!

According to the court documents, the 40-year-old defendant, later identified as Jason, was sentenced to Iife in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges, including: first-degree murder, r-pe of a chiId, rape, involuntary deviate se-ual int-rcourse, se-ual assault and stranguIation. Prosecutors said the defendant reportedly confessed to ravishing the 12-year-old child, EIaina, before strangling her to death.

Prosecutors say the 40-year-old mom’s boyfriend ra-ed the 12-year-old girl before strangIing her to death. The fatal incident occurred last year while the victim and the defendant were watching TV. The 40-year-old man kiIIed the child and then hid her boy in a freezer.

During the trial, prosecutors claimed the defendant ra-ed and kiIIed the 12-year-old girl because he was upset that his girIfriend had recently asked him to move out. During an interview with investigators, the victim’s mom reportedly said that her boyfriend messaged her while she was at work.

The man reportedly told EIaina’s mom that her daughter was sick. When the mother arrived home, the boyfriend reportedly told her that he took the girl to a different state and she was safe. The 40-year-old defendant then forced EIaina’s mom to go with him to a motel. The woman then called 911. The responding officers found the girl’s body and took Jason into custody.
