Uncle admitted to indcently abusing his 9-year-old niece, who is cognitively impaired elementary school student, on multiple occasions but claimed he was repeatedly forced into doing so by the child!

According to the police officials, the 55-year-old uncle, later identified as Ronnie, was taken into custody and later charged with two counts of child m0lesting and two counts of vicari0us se-ual gratification after he reportedly admitted to se-ually abusing his 9-year-old niece, who is a cognitively impaired elementary school student. During an interview with investigators, the uncle reportedly said that he abusd the 9-year-old child on multiple occasions but claimed he was repeatedly forced into doing so by the girl.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, the 9-year-old child complained that her gen-tals hurt. The girl was taken to the nurse, who reportedly determined the girl likely had a urinary tract infection and made plans to call the child’s mother about the issue. The teaching assistant, who took the girl to the nurse, asked her if anyone had ever touched her privates. The girl replied that her uncle, Ronnie, did so when he wiped her. When the assistant asked what her uncle wiped her with, the girl allegedly replied he used his bare hand. When the teaching assistant started walking with the victim to another school office, the girl reportedly said: “When he puts his pri-ates in my pr-vates, all I do is think about going home.”

The 9-year-old girl, who was not identified due to her age, was then taken to a specialized quasi-governmental center for a forensic interview with a CPS case agent. When asked why she was hurting there, the girl said she had been in pain ever since her uncle had se* with her. She was taken to the Children’s Hospital where a se-ual assault examination was conducted. The next day, a nurse there said there were signs of trauma. When investigators asked the 55-year-old uncle if he ever touched his niece’s gen-itals, he allegedly admitted to doing so using a medical gloved hand in order to teach her how to wipe properly because she was doing it improperly and was getting infections.

During the whole interview, the 55-year-old man denied having an inappropriate relationship with his niece. At one point during the interview, police say, Ronnie’s story changed. According to the police officials, the uncle reportedly said that the child undressed in front of him and climbed into bed with him. He also said that she was naked while they were lying in bed together, and that the girl removed his shorts. Ronnie stated that she climbed on top of him and she put his p–is into her v–ina. The uncle initially stated that he was asleep when this occurred, but eventually admitted that he was awake. The 55-year-old man also allegedly told police his niece forced him to perform 0raI se* on her by hitting him in the back of the head after straddling him and demanding he do so.
