Waco, TX – In honor of Earth Day, the City of Waco and the Waco Youth Council are inviting the community to the Care for Waco Carnival, an evening of fun and learning at the Bridge Street Farmers Market.
The event will take place on Tuesday, April 23, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and is open to the public with no registration required.
Designed to combine entertainment with environmental awareness, the carnival will feature a variety of activities including food, games, face painting, and arts and crafts.
Alongside the festive atmosphere, attendees will have the opportunity to explore important topics like water conservation, composting, gardening, recycling, and the use of electric vehicles.
The event is organized through a collaborative effort between the Waco Youth Council and the City of Waco Office of Sustainability and Resiliency, showcasing the city’s commitment to promoting sustainable practices in a fun, family-friendly way.
Local residents are encouraged to attend, engage with educational booths, and enjoy the lively celebration of environmental stewardship in their own community.
