Houston, TX – The Houston Police Department Bike Relay Team successfully completed a long-distance ride from Houston to Niagara Falls, raising awareness and funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the fight against blood cancers.
The department congratulated the team after members safely completed the journey and thanked everyone who supported the effort.
The ride was organized to raise awareness and funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which supports people affected by blood cancers and funds research.
HPD said the support from the community and others involved in the effort helped make the journey possible.
“Your support is making a difference,” the department said while recognizing those who contributed to the team’s effort.
