Waco, TX – The Waco Fire Department recently celebrated the promotions of five members during a promotion and badge pinning ceremony attended by family, friends and coworkers.
Unique Curtis and Drew Watters were promoted to engineer, while Dalton Kuehn and Nick Vega were promoted to lieutenant.
Brooks Tucker was promoted to battalion chief.
The City of Waco congratulated the five firefighters and recognized their continued dedication to serving and protecting the community.
The ceremony gave family members, friends and fellow firefighters an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the promoted members as they take on new responsibilities within the department.
The promotions represent another step in the careers of Curtis, Watters, Kuehn, Vega and Tucker as they continue serving the Waco community.
The City of Waco also thanked the Waco Fire Department for its ongoing commitment to public safety and its work to keep the community safe.
