Texas – Anthony Dewayne Oliver, a 64-year-old Dallas man described by Texas authorities as a violent repeat offender with a lengthy criminal history, has been named this month’s Featured Fugitive on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list.
The reward for information leading to Oliver’s arrest has been increased to $4,000 during September if the tip is received this month.
Oliver has been wanted in Dallas County since January 2026, when a warrant was issued for his arrest on two counts of assault of a family or household member.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Oliver has a criminal history dating back to the 1990s. He has been convicted of robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and forgery of a financial instrument, and served prison time for those offenses.
Oliver was released from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2019.
Authorities described Oliver as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest, left wrist, right forearm and upper right arm.
Texas Crime Stoppers, funded by the Governor’s Public Safety Office, offers cash rewards for information that leads to the arrest of individuals on the Texas 10 Most Wanted lists.
So far in 2026, the Texas Department of Public Safety and other law enforcement agencies have arrested 53 Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives, sex offenders and criminal illegal immigrants. The arrests included 37 sex offenders and nine gang members, with $74,000 in rewards paid for tips that led to arrests.
To be eligible for a cash reward, tipsters must provide information through an approved Crime Stoppers method.
Tips can be submitted by calling 1-800-252-TIPS (8477), through the Texas DPS website by selecting Oliver and clicking the link under his photograph, or through the Texas 10 Most Wanted Facebook page by selecting the “SUBMIT A TIP” link.
Authorities said tipsters must use one of those methods to qualify for a potential cash reward.
