Texas – According to the state officials, TxDOT announced that a public roadway project at the Port of Harlingen is officially underway.

Partially funded through TxDOT’s Seaport Connectivity Program, the project aims to improve safety and reduce flood and erosion risks, strengthening the port and surrounding area.
